Who We Represent

All former and current Erie insureds who had what are alleged to be inferior aftermarket crash parts (also known as “non-original equipment manufacturer” or “non-OEM” crash parts) specified on repair estimates at any time on or after February 2, 1994.

What You Need to Know

The Court preliminarily approved a settlement on August 20, 2003, which provides for up to $350 for each repair estimate on which an aftermarket part was specified.
