Education

Mr. Gallucci received his Bachelor of Arts from Gettysburg College and his Juris Doctorate from the Dickinson School of Law of the Pennsylvania State University.

Professional Affiliations

  • Daniel N. Gallucci was admitted to the Pennsylvania bar in 1998.
  • He is admitted to practice before the Pennsylvania Supreme Court, Eastern and Middle Districts of Pennsylvania, and the Third Circuit Court of Appeals.
  • At Dickinson Law School, Mr. Gallucci was a member of the Woolsack Honor Society (top 15 percent of students), the Order of Barristers, and the National Trial Moot Court team, and received the Conrad A. and Rocco C. Falvello Memorial Award.
  • He is also a member of the American, Pennsylvania and Lancaster Bar Associations and the American Trial Lawyers Association.

Career Milestones

  • Mr. Gallucci helped negotiate the $70 million Serezone class action settlement.
  • In 2006, Mr. Gallucci won the third largest jury award in Lancaster County history.
  • Mr. Gallucci has tried cases relating to product liability, medical malpractice and negligence.
  • Mr. Gallucci served on committees of the Welding Rods litigation, Baycol, Vioxx, and Accutane.
  • Mr. Gallucci was selected in 2005 and 2006 as a Rising Star among lawyers in Pennsylvania.
  • Mr. Gallucci lectures on mass torts at seminars for lawyers.
  • Mr. Gallucci served as President and Vice President of the Lancaster County Bar Association’s Trial Committee.
  • Mr. Gallucci serves as a Moot Court Judge for the Dickinson School of Law Advocacy Program.
  • Mr. Gallucci is a member of the Million Dollar Advocate Forum.
  • Mr. Gallucci was an Articles Editor for The Dickinson Law Review, and received an award for the best law review case note.
